Served with a Delightful Chunky Antillean Island Salad with Tomatoes, Avocado, Onions, Pineapple, Chives and Cilantro. Finished with Island Lime and Vinaigrette

 Served with Crunchy peanut Crust and served with a Kicking Sweet and Spicy Chilly Relish

Simmered in Coconut Milk Fine Spices Caribbean Veggies and Fruits.
